Holosun has a lifetime warranty on this version. No issues with it just letting you know and if you send it in they will replace it with the current version that doesn't have the big buttons.
They got sued over it that's why the changed the buttons.
I replaced this with an EPS.
Included is the plate with screws and the optic no other items included. No box
