In case you're not aware CAPCO was a company that sold complete uppers (minus BCG) to the Navy/Air Force in the very late 90s. These uppers, along with other ancillary A2 parts, would go on whatever older M16 lowers they had. M16A1s, XM16E1s, 602s etc..
