I have a nib CZ 527 American in .223 with 1/9 twist, walnut stock and set trigger. Gun was manufactured in 2016 and I have owned it since new. Has not been fired by me and has been a safe queen and is in mint new condition. Includes original box, paperwork/manual and 1 factory magazine. Has a nice heavy leather sling. Also includes a mint condition Leupold VX-3 4.5-14x40mm CDS (item #59270) with original box, paperwork and cover. NO TRADES and not interested in separating rifle and scope.
