Custom built rifle by Scott Weichel of Live Oak Accuracy in Wylie, Texas - he's known for creating tac driving rifles that are extremely accurate. Also, if you know Scott, you know he has quite the wait list for his guns with some custom builds taking up to a year due to his popularity. This one is built on a Stiller Predator Action ($1100) chambered in 30 Nosler with a Proof Research Carbon Fiber Barrel Barrel ($850), a Timney Trigger ($250), and I believe it's a Manners carbon fiber stock ($750) with a BDL ($150) - Less than 50 rounds through this gun on each barrel. There's also a steel fluted Brux barrel ($430) in an m24 contour chambered in 300 win mag that's been fitted to this action. So if you'd prefer that caliber or just happen to have a stock pile of 300 Win Mag, you have this additional barrel ready to go. So you basically get two rifles for the price of one. Over $3,900 in parts alone plus labor to chamber and crown the proof research barrel, and labor to chamber, crown, contour, and flute the steel 300 win mag barrel. Guaranteed to shoot sub 1/2 MOA with match grade ammo on both barrels. Great long range hunting or tactical rifle.
