16" BCM Upper on PSA Lower for sale in San Antonio Texas

I bought the upper from BCM and put a midwest industries 2 piece free float railed handguard on it. It also has a BCM BCG and charging handle. The lower receiver is PSA, with a CMC single stage trigger (5lb pull), B5 systems grip, Magpul ACS stock, and a B.A.D. Lever. All the furniture (besides the B.A.D. Lever and rear sight) is OD Green. I'v shot about 700 rounds through it.

I'm asking $700. No trades at this time.

I prefer to sell to someone with a valid Texas Handgun carry permit. At a minimum you need a valid Texas drivers license, and must be able to legally own a firearm.
