This is a brand new PSA upper receiver assembly with 16" A2 profile barrel, mid-length gas system, and lightweight M-LOK rail. I wanted a lighter barrel profile, so this one is for sale. No Bolt Carrier Group (BCG) or Charging Handle. Fully factory assembled. This exact same model is normally $349.99 at PSA, and is currently on sale there for $239.99 (plus shipping and taxes!!!).
