M60 chalk rifle grenades are made with a 6061-T6 aluminum base, disposable tail fins, and chalk filled head. The rifle grenade must be fired using a Yugoslavian grenade spigot using a blank from either a Yugoslavian SKS or military M64/70 rifle. A surplus Yugoslavian rifle grenade blank is supplied with each M60 rifle grenade and refill shot.
For best results, hit a hard surface like solid wood, concrete or a metal target. Do not shoot this at your buddy, treat these with the same respect as firing live ammunition. These chalk rifle grenades are only rated for 7.62x39mm blanks.
