Owned it for 4 years now. It was going to be my project. Bought it on gun broker. Functions as expected. Double feeds from time to time. Threaded barrel. No cracks, plastic is 100%.

The project part: so the tec9 mags are based on an earlier magazine type from a different gun. I found this on a thread somewhere. Anyway, located these mags which are military surplus. AK Thick strong metal. However the catches don’t match. So catches have to be fabricated and tack welded. This swap supposedly will 100% stop the double feeds. The reason you get the double feeds in factory mags and the copies is because intratec used thin stamp metal, 10 years later the lips distort and two rounds will feed.

I’ll send pics of the mag close up so you can kinda see what needs to be done. The mag catch is spot welds on the case. Each have a 36rd count and markers at 14rd, 24rd, 36rd. I’d like to sell to someone that can do it. I’d like to hear back if it worked. I don’t have the time anymore.
