Who the hell is Hawke?? They are like the Primary Arms of the UK. This is a budget LPVO made in China, made to spec for Hawke. Originally this optic was a shotgun optic designed for turkey hunting with a 2 moa etched reticle. Shortly after this model was released with a fiber optic illuminated 1moa crosshair for AR-15s.

Why is it special to me? The weight: 11.7oz. What about Leupold?! No damn 1x (cmon Leupold get it together)

What's the catch? 1/2 MOA adjustments, 1" tube diameter, no stadia marks.

So anyway if you want a decent LPVO because you're an astigmatism queen like me, but you don't want nearly 2 pounds of optic on your upper this might be for you. If you are a glass connoisseur you can probably find something negative about the clarity but it worked fine for me for a 1-4x.

I have it leveled and mounted to spec in a UTG accusync QD mount, which I don't really want to separate. No loctite was used or abused in this endeavor.

Comes with flip caps, kill flash, and throw lever.
