Up for sale is an M1870/87/15 Italian Vetterli rifle chamgered in 6.5 carcano. Awesome piece of history. These were originally chambered in 10.4x38mm, but rechambered during ww1 for rear echelon troops. I would not recommend shooting modern loads out of it, but it can be shot with reduced loads. Was going to be a restoration project for me, but I do not have the time for it right now. It's a very long gun and with the proper bayonet, would make for a really cool piece of living history. This gun is legally an antique. 200 firm. Will entertain reasonable trades. 7two6two28five9four9 text for prompt response. thanks.
